People, places, products and services I love
Daily Lovebomb - This is one of my favourite free services ever, that I would recommend to anyone who wants to experience more peace and ease in their life. It creates a space where you can be still, breathe in and allow yourself to come back to your center. They are little nuggets of grace delivered to your inbox daily on weekdays. I'm a massive fan!
Bach Flower Essences - are my little helpers. Their purpose is to balance your organism on an emotional level. I use them whenever I get blocked in a state that is unhelpful, when I am in shock or having to digest an unpleasant event. You can use it in a self prescriptive way or if you want a guided experience, which I wholeheartedly recommend, contact Stephanie Lisa Kelly. She is a very perceptive and gifted practitioner, a maverick and all around bad-ass.
Caroline Leon - For women in business she is a balanced source of information helping you create and evolve in the business environment using the passion of your soul. She is an amazing coach, very talented and passionate about her craft. Also, the one who I hired when I got serious about being in this business. Working with her has had wonderful effects on me and on my business!
Female Business Academy - if you are looking for a community where you learn and are supported in your business I can't recommend this tribe enough. It is held by Caroline, who is a true magician at creating the perfect learning and sharing environment. If it calls to you, go for it!
I'm certain you won't regret it!
Steve Hardison - For those further along in their journey he is the ultimate coach and for each of us a constant source of inspiration. His tribute page had me bawling in tears when I read it, as I saw that when we shine our light we really do change the world around us and
he is a beautiful example of that and so much more.
TRE® - short for Trauma and tension Release Exercises, is a practice that helps you through releasing stress, tension and trauma from your body. With a good facilitator it will be a beautiful expanding experience, where your body finally has the floor and if you maintain it as an individual practice, which you can after being facilitated for about 6 sessions, it can bring harmony at a physical, emotional and mental level. I am a certified TRE® provider and I offer sessions face to face mostly, but also over Skype. If you want to know more about this great method, check this website. Here you will also find a list of providers from all over the world. Personally, I have been studying TRE® with Fiona Leibowitz and if you cross paths with her I deeply recommend going for a TRE session.
Crimson Circle - is the place, online, where I go to return to myself, reconnect to my essence and bring out the Master in me. The materials they have, including the two books by Geoffrey Hoppe
you'll find in the list below, are especially for those
who have assumed responsibility for everything that exists in their life.
Olde Vechte Foundation - is the dutch organisation where I decided I wanted to be a transformation facilitator and coach. I have been through their courses multiple times, as participant, team member or junior trainer, and there is a depth to their trainings and the experiences created in that context, that has you see them with fresh eyes and integrating them at deeper and deeper levels everytime you go. They also have great volunteering projects for youngsters in all paths of life.
Byron Katie - is an american author who after directly experiencing how suffering is created and ended, has created a process of inquiry called The Work. The purpose of it is to notice our thoughts, our Mind and detach from them, so in that space we have the opportunity to feel into who we are beyond it, to connect to the consciousness that we are.

The Not So Serious Life - is a 10 min youtube show during which two awesome coaches and authors, Jason Goldberg and Steve Chandler, answer simply, wisely and oh so fun to the questions
they get from their viewers.
